“In order to move forward as an organization we desperately needed some direction. I have known Kathy for many years and was very impressed with her so we were very grateful when she agreed to help us with a strategic plan. In June of 2017, we planned a one day workshop with our new board members. With her exceptional communication skills and experience working with small groups she helped clarify what our goals were, helped us identify our strengths and weaknesses and, most importantly, helped us identify the actions required to make the necessary changes to reach those goals. The day was totally interactive and with new board members that was crucial to ensure they felt engaged. She helped us refine our mission statement and also strategize  in areas of donor retention and acquisition. She planned a follow up session to monitor our progress which allowed our board to clarify any issues.
We are still a work in progress and have lots to do but we now we have a PLAN!”
